All estate agents who are listed on the HomeOnFilm Property website and who utilise HomeOnFilm’s unique Property Video App will have access to a brand new Live Property Broadcasting platform which will launch in the spring of 2023.
During the pandemic we built a prototype system that agents used and audiences online were huge, more than one hundred potential buyers and renters watched the broadcasts regularly and properties were sold and rented minutes after the broadcasts to buyers as far away as China and Hong Kong!
HomeOnFilm’s unique text/chat system enables agents to answer questions verbally that come in during the live broadcasts as they showcase properties from their smart phone and the sign up forms completed prior to broadcast brought hundreds of new leads and potential customers to the agent every time their went live.

“We learned a huge amount from the initial live prototype App we launched in terms of functionality and compatibility and hit a few snags with IOS but these have been ironed out now and we are confident that the new version of the Live App will be a huge hit for estate and letting agents. We’ve partnered with a company in New York which is at the cutting edge of new live streaming technology and it’s taken a few months for developers to iron out the initial glitches. We hope to be testing the new system in the next few weeks with a worldwide launch planned for the spring on 2023”.
