HomeOnFilm are launching a brand new Instruction tool called ‘PRE-LAUNCH’ designed to attracts buyers and renters from social media prior to property portal advertising. HomeOnFilm MD David Varley explains;
“The hits are in their thousands when REELS (short videos) are added to estate agency Instagram accounts and now it’s possible to add A URL link to those videos. Our ‘Pre-Launch” form showcases a short 30 second video advert of the property for sale or to let together with a sign-up form to organise a pre-portal property viewing”.
This latest innovation includes a digital countdown clock to portal launch date giving buyers and renters a “first view opportunity” David continues;
” The countdown clock is ingenious and gives the advert urgency, also the form is coded after registration to jump to the agents’ own Instagram account this is in order to increase their following organically with genuine buyers and renters in the market for property’
