HomeOnFilm have over 25 years of TV Production experience and its those shared skills that are helping estate agents to video their own properties for sale and to let to a professional standard with smart phones.
We train agents for free and film the first property for free whilst they observe and learn the skills needed, it’s a straight forward easy-to-follow process. We then provide a guide on how to use the App and a professional shooting guide as a reminder.
Property videos clips are then uploaded by the agent via their smart phones to our App. Our talented editors then add branding, quality music befitting the property and craft those video clips into a single high quality film the same day. Very low cost and final cuts are emailed remotely and have links so viewers can “Book a Viewing” and “Book a Valuation”, this is creating leads from property videos.
Data capture forms can be added (your choice), so viewers have to give their details to view your videos, again these leads are remotely emailed to you.

HomeOnFilm is easy to navigate and actively promotes estate agents on the homepage with their logos prominent which in turn link to all the properties they have for sale and to let. Up to three location films are visible in property details pages which is unique to HomeOnFilm, this encourages viewers to book viewings and valuations.
Hundreds of leads have started to filter through to agents from their property videos and we’ve now added a “Book Valuation” tab to all location films which are agent branded and this in turn is pushing more valuations to agents listing their properties on HomeOnFilm. HomeOnFilm uses Google places together with a radial search allowing users to search for property from any UK landmark.
