2. The Lodge is offered for sale under leasehold tenure for 999 years which commenced on the November 2002. We believe occupancy is based on a twelve month holiday use only and cannot be your main residence. The vendor has informed us the property will be sold fully furnished including lounge and dining room furniture, beds in all bedrooms and kitchen appliances.
3. The current yearly service charge is approx £3700 + VAT and the yearly ground rent is approx £360. All fees and charges are reviewed annually.
